Mark Goodwin is a director in BRG’s Corporate Finance Turnaround and Restructuring practice. For over a decade, he has advised companies, creditors, and investors through complex financial and operational situations, both in- and out-of-court. He specializes in financial modeling, liquidity management, business plan development, and transaction and restructuring advisory, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and driving execution in high-stakes environments. He also has served in interim finance leadership roles within client organizations, providing hands-on support during periods of operational disruption and transformation.
Mr. Goodwin has worked across a range of industries, including technology, media and telecommunications, financial services, retail, commercial real estate, and healthcare. Before joining BRG, he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions as part of KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice.
