Kevin Glowacki provides litigation support services in matters involving forensic accounting damages, mergers and acquisition related disputes, and life settlements. He has provided damages assessments in matters involving lost profits, wrongful termination, unfair competition, breach of contract, professional negligence, and other accounting-based damages issues. Merger and acquisition related disputes have involved anti-trust litigation, post-acquisition disputes, adequacy of due diligence, working capital adjustments, revenue recognition and other accounting misstatements. Mr. Glowacki has also testified in numerous matters involving operational and valuation issues in the life settlement industry.
Prior to joining BRG, Mr. Glowacki was a managing director with Capstone Advisory Group, LLC, and a senior managing consultant in LECG’s National Forensic Accounting Practice. His responsibilities included managing litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and investigation engagements involving complex audit and accounting issues, damages assessment, and other forensic accounting issues.
Prior to joining LECG, Mr. Glowacki held senior level operations positions at Centre Life Finance Limited, a member of the Zurich Financial Services Group, and at Viaticus, Inc., a subsidiary of CNA. His background also includes five years of public accounting in audit and tax and he has experience in retail mortgage origination.
