Eric Knight is a seasoned M&A professional who provides financial due diligence, CFO solutions, and strategic advisory services.
Eric Knight is a mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and finance professional with more than twelve years of experience advising private equity sponsors, strategic acquirers, and founder-owned businesses on financial due diligence, transaction execution, and Office of the CFO initiatives. He has advised on buy- and sell-side transactions ranging from $10 million to more than $1 billion in enterprise value.
Mr. Knight specializes in financial due diligence and transaction-related advisory services for private equity and corporate clients. He has led approximately two hundred transactions across a range of industries and business models, bringing a practical and operationally focused perspective to complex deal situations.
Mr. Knight’s industry experience includes manufacturing and distribution, industrial products and services, and business services, including managed service providers (MSPs), information technology services, and professional services firms.
Mr. Knight helped develop BRG’s Transaction CFO service offering. He has provided interim chief financial officer (CFO) and Office of the CFO support for clients in the technology, manufacturing, and logistics sectors.
Mr. Knight joined BRG’s Dallas office in 2021 as its first Corporate Finance professional in the Dallas market and has helped support the growth and expansion of the firm’s Transaction Advisory practice.
