Eric Knight

Eric Knight is a mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and finance professional who has over twelve years of experience providing financial due diligence, chief financial officer (CFO) solutions, and operational improvement services. He has served as an adviser on both buy- and sell-side transactions ranging from $10 million to over $1 billion. He specializes in providing financial due diligence services for private equity, corporate, and strategic clients and founder-owned companies.

Mr. Knight has led approximately two hundred deals and has transaction experience across industries and client types. He brings a unique perspective on deal issues and provides tailored solutions. His industry expertise includes manufacturing and distribution, industrial manufacturers and services, and business services (e.g., managed service providers (MSP), information technology services, professional services).

Mr. Knight assisted in developing BRG’s Transaction CFO service offering. He has provided CFO solutions and interim CFO services for a Canadian-based MSP, data-center switchboard manufacturer, and Texas-based third-party logistics firm.

Mr. Knight was BRG’s first Corporate Finance professional in the Dallas office in 2021. His growth mentality and M&A expertise have helped modernize BRG’s Transaction Advisory practice and grow the firm’s number of professionals across the country.
