Mr. Walter brings more than 15 years of healthcare policy and management consulting experience, and has led or contributed to more than 300 engagements for private equity sponsors, lenders, and healthcare operators. His work focuses on sizing markets and quantifying whitespace; assessing competitive dynamics and company positioning; defining key business differentiators; and evaluating growth opportunities.
He combines his policy knowledge with primary market research and healthcare claims analytics to support clients across healthcare sectors, including: home-and-community-based services, behavioral health, specialty pharmacy, post-acute care, durable medical equipment, business services (revenue cycle management & health IT, care management, risk adjustment), and a broad set of physician specialties.
