Dan Lingle

Associate Director

Dan Lingle, MSN-L, RN, NEA-BC, CENP, is an associate director in BRG’s Healthcare practice. He has more than twenty-three years of experience driving measurable clinical, financial, and operational outcomes across acute care systems, critical access hospitals, and enterprise health technology. Having served as both a chief nursing officer (CNO) and senior healthcare technology advisor, Mr. Lingle understands the operational pressures facing hospital leaders and how technology can support improvements in care delivery.

Mr. Lingle has helped health systems coordinate patient flow and discharge planning through command center dashboards that give care teams and executives greater visibility into operational barriers. His experience includes implementing workforce management systems and evaluating technology investments through return-on-investment studies. Working with product and engineering teams, he has translated clinical needs into requirements for artificial intelligence–enabled tools and electronic health record workflows.

Mr. Lingle previously held roles as lead healthcare executive, CNO, and director of emergency services. His hospital leadership experience included strengthening patient safety practices and nursing governance, guiding service expansions and facility transitions, and overseeing a high-volume emergency department.

Mr. Lingle holds an MSN in leadership in healthcare systems from Regis University, a BSN from the University of Texas at Tyler, and a BS in exercise physiology and community health from Stephen F. Austin State University.
