Christopher Harris has over thirty-five years of experience advising banks and other financial institutions on business strategy, operating model design, technology modernization, and large-scale transformation. He specializes in using process intelligence and artificial intelligence to improve performance and develop new ways of working.
Mr. Harris has held senior leadership roles at two large global professional services firms, where he was instrumental in building practices to deliver transformative, high-value solutions for clients. He has developed new managed services solutions, formed strategic technology alliances, and directed complex enterprise-wide transformation programs. His experience spans commercial and retail banking, as well as global delivery and managed services solutions across a variety of financial services verticals.
Mr. Harris previously spent fourteen years as a partner at a Big Four firm, where he helped to establish and grow the firm’s Business Transformation practice for financial services. Before that, he served as a managing director in a global professional services firm’s North American banking practice.
