Cameron Easom is a director in BRG’s Transaction Advisory Services practice in Dallas, where he advises private equity firms, strategic acquirers, family offices, and lenders through complex mergers, acquisitions, and strategic capital transactions. With more than a decade of experience in public accounting and transaction advisory services, he specializes in buy- and sell-side financial due diligence, working capital structuring, purchase price adjustments, technical accounting matters, and financial analysis.

Mr. Easom has advised over 100 transaction engagements across industries including manufacturing, industrial products, construction, mining, and retail. His experience includes identifying and evaluating transaction-specific risks, performing pro forma and run-rate analyses, and helping clients navigate critical deal issues to support informed investment and acquisition decisions.

Mr. Easom has worked with businesses ranging from emerging companies to large middle-market organizations, performing diligence on targets with EBITDA ranging from −$20 million to $80 million. Notably, he advised a strategic buyer in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) industry through a series of bolt-on acquisitions that ultimately contributed to a successful capital raise of $175 million.

Before joining BRG, Mr. Easom spent seven years with Kroll’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, where he advised private equity sponsors, strategic acquirers, family offices, and lenders on complex acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic capital transactions. In addition to leading financial due diligence engagements, he played an active role in practice growth through team leadership and professional development, client relationship management, and business development initiatives. He partnered closely with management teams and investors to evaluate transaction risks, identify value-creation opportunities, and support deal execution. He also spent five years with KPMG, beginning his career in Audit & Assurance, where he served Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies and later joined KPMG’s Transaction Advisory Services practice.
