Ben Migdol

Ben Migdol is an associate director with BRG’s Health Analytics practice and provides consulting services, data analysis, and strategic advice to healthcare and life sciences clients and their counsel.

Mr. Migdol combines expertise with data-driven insights to help inform healthcare clients and their counsel regarding potential exposure stemming from plaintiff and government allegations. He specializes in developing sophisticated data solutions to answer complex financial and economic questions, based on a detailed understanding of pharmaceutical pricing and reimbursement, the pharmaceutical supply chain, and related financial systems and data.

Mr. Migdol also has significant experience integrating and analyzing large, multipart datasets from both internal company systems and public and third-party sources.

Mr. Migdol has experience with large-scale commercial litigation and government investigations related to issues such as fraud, product liability, drug pricing and billing practices, government pricing, and government and commercial reimbursement. His clients have included pharmaceutical manufacturers, pharmacies (including compound and specialty pharmacies), pharmaceutical wholesalers, and medical device manufacturers.
