Lydia Tang Appointed to Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (East Asia Branch) Young Members Group Committee

BRG is pleased to announce that Lydia Tang, a director in the firm’s Hong Kong office, has been appointed as an honorary co-treasurer of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (East Asia Branch) Young Members Group Committee.

The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) is a leading global professional body for alternative dispute resolution with membership spanning more than 130 countries. Its East Asia Branch Young Members Group supports development of the next generation of arbitration practitioners across the region through education, networking, and professional development initiatives. As honorary co-treasurer, Ms. Tang will work with the committee to contribute to the growth of arbitration in East Asia.

Ms. Tang has extensive experience advising clients on the application of complex accounting principles and standards to assess appropriate accounting treatment. She also has evaluated damages and prepared valuations in the context of commercial arbitration and litigation proceedings.
