Enrique Glotzer Joins BRG as Managing Director in Energy & Climate Practice

BRG announced today that Enrique Glotzer has joined the firm as a managing director in its Energy & Climate practice. A senior strategy, finance, and sustainability advisor, he has advised clients across the energy and infrastructure sectors for over twenty years. Based in New York, he will work with energy and infrastructure organizations around the world on corporate strategy and planning, operational improvement, digital transformation, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transaction support, including financial valuation and commercial due diligence.

“Enrique brings a powerful combination of strategic insight and hands-on experience across frontier technologies and the energy transition landscape,” said Christopher Goncalves, chair of BRG’s Energy & Climate practice. “His impressive record advising senior leaders on high-profile corporate strategy, transactions, and operational improvements—alongside his extensive knowledge of today’s advanced nuclear, energy storage, electrification, clean fuels, and e-mobility issues—will be invaluable to clients as they navigate rapidly evolving energy, economic, and climate challenges.”

Mr. Glotzer has advised senior leadership, boards, and investment committees at major utilities, independent power producers, global industrial companies, private equity firms, infrastructure funds, and government agencies. His experience spans the power and energy value chain, including advanced nuclear, power generation, transmission and distribution, grid modernization, battery storage, electric vehicle charging, vehicle-to-grid technology, biofuels, mining, and critical materials. His cross-border experience extends across North America, Europe, and Latin America.

Mr. Glotzer will join BRG’s energy strategic and investment leaders to counsel clients on energy and infrastructure matters including energy transition strategy, M&A and transaction support, capital allocation, and investment evaluation. He will also work with clients to assess market opportunities, manage risk, and resolve financial and regulatory complexities. With extensive experience in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and climate risk, he will help develop sustainability strategies and ESG investment frameworks for infrastructure and industrial clients.

“I’m excited to join the talented, multi-disciplinary team of experts in BRG’s Energy & Climate practice,” said Mr. Glotzer. “I look forward to working with clients to evaluate investment opportunities, manage risk, and help their businesses achieve financial and strategic priorities at a time of increasing complexity across energy and infrastructure markets.”

Mr. Glotzer earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
