Global Arbitration Review (GAR) placed BRG fourth in the GAR 100 Expert Witness 2026 Power Index, which ranks the world’s foremost expert witness firms for arbitration based on volume and value of hearings, alongside reputational clout.
BRG maintains a premium position among larger firms. This year’s research commends BRG for its “talent” and attaining the highest Lexology Index score outside the top three, “which given its smaller size is probably the best score pound-for-pound”. This aligns with last year’s research which highlighted that BRG “is more about quality than quantity”.
