Embracing Diversity and Inclusion as a Core Value in International Arbitration

On December 3—the UN International Day of People with Disabilities (IDPWD)—BRG supported the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Arbitration charity event “Embracing Diversity and Inclusion as Core Values in International Arbitration.”

Mustafa Hadi joined a panel to discuss how the ICC Guide on Disability Inclusion in International Arbitration and ADR can provide practical guidance on how disability inclusion can become a standard feature of arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
