Uniform Guidance – Discussion of Clarifications and Updates Still Needed
Ryan Byrd took part in an American Bar Association Public Contract Law Section Grant Law Committee (GLC) panel. The panel served as a kickoff meeting for the GLC’s effort to prepare a white paper addressing areas of agreement among stakeholders on the aspects of Uniform Guidance, 2 CFR Part 200 that would benefit from clarification or updating.
Scott Sheffler (Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP) moderated the panel, which also will included Tiffany Kesslar (Brustein & Manasevit PLLC), Jonathan Ng (USAID), Dismas (“Diz”) Locaria (Venable LLP), and Thomas Kodiak (US State Department).
