Kenneth Mathieu joined the session “The Winning Expert: Preparing Expert Witnesses for Deposition and Trial.” He provided insights as a seasoned expert witness during the session, which featured defense‑ and plaintiff‑side litigators, along with a jury consultant, and discussed best practices for preparing expert witnesses for deposition and trial.
