2024 Business Valuation & Financial Litigation Super Conference
Frank Wisehart will take part in two panels at the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) 2024 Business Valuation & Financial Litigation Super Conference.
On December 12, Mr. Wisehart will present an expert’s perspective during the panel “Commercial Damages and Lost Profits,” alongside Jason Pierce (Paradigm Forensics). They will discuss case law and issues in lost profits calculations.
On December 13, Mr. Wisehart will present an introduction to exchange model options for estimating discounts for lack of marketability (DLOM)/blockage discounts for valuation practitioners, mergers and acquisitions practitioners, and attorneys during the panel “New Perspectives on the Age-Old DLOM Challenge.”
