Clay Willis has over fifteen years of consulting experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare industries. He has provided regulatory/compliance, operational, and financial support within pricing and contracting areas of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers.

Mr. Willis’ has a detailed understanding of government programs (Medicaid, Medicare, VA/FSS, 340B) regulatory compliance, operations, reimbursement, revenue management system implementations (Model N, Vistex, Revitas, iContracts), gross-to-net, 340B Program integrity, state price transparency, and other market access, government contracting, and commercial contracting–related areas.

Mr. Willis has led compliance and operational assessments in specific expertise areas to evaluate current state processes, data, and systems used. He identifies improvement considerations for existing compliance with regulations, upcoming proposed or new regulations, and making operations more efficient and effective. He has assisted in developing or deploying those considerations to their future-state process, data, or systems. Mr. Willis has experience working with internal legal and outside counsel, as appropriate, on these projects.

Mr. Willis has presented numerous points of view on various pricing- and contracting-related topics at industry conferences, on webinars, and through written publications.
