BRG professionals engaged with the client to increase the robustness of its Talent Development, notably foundational human capital capabilities such as succession planning, diversity and inclusion, and career development. They facilitated a multi-day off-site workshop with senior leaders, conducted interviews with key stakeholders, assessed Talent Management organization and capabilities, and designed future-state organization. They also shared industry and internal best practices; and obtained feedback and insights on current and future programs, practices, and tools.
