Andres Saavedra is a capital projects and infrastructure professional with over fifteen years of experience.

He specializes in project controls, construction cost, and schedule management. His expertise extends to schedule forensic delay analysis, 4D scheduling, compliance audits, claims preparation, and quantifying monetary damages. He has supported attorneys and clients in developing expert reports for and analyzing projects ranging from $100 million to $4 billion.

Mr. Saavedra offers quantitative risk-modeling advisory for diverse projects like nuclear plants, oil and gas refineries, data centers, and airports in the US and Latin America. His expertise includes optimizing project management processes and designing performance measurement methodologies for large capital projects. In addition, Mr. Saavedra consults on digital transformation and technology implementation in construction management. Mr. Saavedra holds an MSc in construction management from Florida International University, an MBA from Boston University, and a BSc in civil engineering from Universidad de la Costa. He is certified as a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) and Earned Value Professional (EVP). He has completed executive education programs in economic development at Harvard Kennedy School and is part of the FIDIC Future Leaders Program.
