Mustafa Hadi and Andrew Webb presented at the Singapore International Arbitration Academy 2021, which focuses on “Evidence, Arguments, Damages, and Awards.” Mr. Hadi discussed the economics of infrastructure projects, covering risk and reward factors, political stakeholders, and issues relating to the length of the investment. Mr. Webb discussed the life cycle of mining projects, including issues relating to exploration, planning, construction, extraction, and closure costs.
