Ignatius Grande was the program chair for the NY State Bar Association’s Commercial and Federal Litigation Section Annual Meeting. He is the vice chair of the section.

The first panel discussed how attorneys can take advantage of court-sponsored alternative dispute resolution (ADR) programs and utilize other tools available to them to move along their cases in the pandemic-affected court system.

The second CLE session addressed how data privacy is impacting commercial litigation. The panel discussed the increasing number of cyber breach lawsuits being filed, along with steps that attorneys can take to protect client data in a world where hackers are looking to law firms and where data privacy is of growing importance.
