Perspectives from the UK and US

On September 16, the Society of Construction Law North America (SCL NA), BRG, and Quinn Emanuel hosted a lively panel discussion among experienced trial lawyers and expert witnesses about the role and responsibilities of the modern expert witnesses in construction arbitration.  The panel of comprised lawyers and experts from the US and UK discussed similarities and differences in approach across the Atlantic and in international construction arbitration cases more broadly.
