David Zion, AIA, is a leader in BRG’s Construction Defect Evaluation and Standard of Care practice.

He is a professional architect with national credentials currently licensed in 17 states. Mr. Zion possesses over 35 years of diversified experience in the design and construction industry.

Mr. Zion has served as principal-in-charge and architect of record for governmental and private industry clients while employed with consulting, architectural design, and design-build firms, executing projects for Fortune 500 and Department of Defense clients. He has testified in federal and state courts, AAA arbitration, mediations, public service commission, and dispute review board venues for complex construction disputes involving alleged design and/or construction defects, negligence, and standard of care issues.
