Mustafa Hadi Appointed to HKIAC List of Arbitrators and Panel for Financial Services Disputes

Mustafa Hadi, leader of BRG’s Asia-Pacific region, has been appointed to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) List of Arbitrators, as well as its Panel of Arbitrators for Financial Services Disputes. HKIAC is one of the world’s leading dispute resolution organisations.

Mr. Hadi specialises in addressing issues of valuation, damages and accounting in complex commercial and investment treaty disputes, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint venture, shareholder, breach of contract, financial services and intellectual property disputes. He has extensive experience being instructed as an expert in international arbitration and in court.
