BRG and Fangda Partners hosted the virtual panel discussion “Can Overseas Arbitration Institutions ‘Ride the Wind and Waves’ in Chinese Domestic Arbitrations?” Keming Liang spoke on the expert witness panel.

This event (to be conducted in Mandarin) was held on the occasion of China Arbitration Week 2022, supported by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), ICC International Court of Arbitration, China Arbitration Institute of China University of Political Science and Law, and Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).

Academics, lawyers, and expert witnesses in the arbitration community shared their experiences, perspectives, and insights on the prospects and challenges of using overseas arbitration institutions in domestic arbitrations in China.
