2023 Shanghai Arbitration Week – SHAC Forum

Keming Liang participated in the 2023 Shanghai Arbitration Week – SHAC Forum hosted by the Shanghai Arbitration Commission.

He joined the distinguished panel for a discussion on the role of expert witnesses in international arbitration. The panel included Zhang Ran from Hilong Group, Jon Nicklin from Accuracy, Ma Han from Hui Zhong Law Firm, and Qiqi Wei from Quinn Emanuel. Panelists delved into topics such as the value of expert witnesses, preservation of expert independence, and the pros and cons of hot-tubbing as an arbitration technique.
