He is a native Russian speaker and has participated in high-value arbitration and litigation matters related to Russian and Commonwealth of Independent States businesses and assets.
Mr. Ter-Martirosyan has been involved in arbitration proceedings under the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Swiss CC, and UNCITRAL rules and litigation in the United Kingdom, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, and Isle of Man. His experience also includes valuations for the purposes of mediation, expert determination, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, restructuring, fairness opinions, management incentive schemes, and tax.
Mr. Ter-Martirosyan has performed valuations and damages assessments in sectors including oil and gas, telecommunications, metals and mining, financial services, manufacturing, agriculture, semiconductors, private equity, chemicals, consumer markets, healthcare, professional services, retail, and leisure and hospitality.
