Stephen Heath has consulted for the past 14 years on matters involving valuation, accounting, financial, and other business issues primarily related to the calculation of economic damages in the context of commercial litigation. His consulting experience covers a variety of litigation matters including intellectual property disputes, breach of contract, class compensation disputes, fraudulent transfers, breach of fiduciary duty, solvency, alter ego, wrongful termination, discrimination, and personal injury.
Mr. Heath recently provided deposition testimony in a patent infringement matter and in a separate theft of trade secrets matter. He has presented business valuation opinions at mediation as well as filed declarations on accounting and damages issues in a host of other matters.
Mr. Heath has also performed valuations and market outlook studies within PricewaterhouseCoopers’ hospitality group. He began his career at Arthur Anderson in the corporate and partnership tax group.
Mr. Heath is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF).
