Ruchdi Maalouf offers over 10 years of international experience in the energy and legal industries. He provides business advisory expertise in strategic business planning, commercial strategy, contract negotiation, LNG marketing, project development and financing, and asset acquisitions and divestitures. He is also experienced in pre-contentious dispute resolution and arbitration tribunal work with the ICC, ICSID, and LCIA.

Mr. Maalouf has advised industry clients on various oil and gas matters, in particular LNG contracts in the Asia–Pacific region, and has strong legal and transactional experience. His professional experience spans over 33 countries throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Within these regions, he offers direct energy-market experience in the United Kingdom, Spain, the Netherlands, Cyprus, Russia, Equatorial Guinea, Mozambique, Nigeria, South Sudan, Lebanon, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, the UAE, Iraq, Kuwait, Indonesia, Australia, China, Japan, South Korea, India, Pakistan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Brunei, Myanmar, Papua New Guinea, and other countries.
