Ron Miller has 42 years of experience leading over $3 billion of large, complex capital programs, including business planning, master planning, design, construction, and activation efforts. He provides services for public, healthcare, university, and industrial clients across the United States and has delivered projects as program manager, design-builder, construction manager-at-risk, and construction manager-as-agent.
Mr. Miller’s corporate responsibilities have included developing and managing a startup practice, developing marketing plans and strategic service plans, implementing stringent operating procedures, and training staff. His client responsibilities have included leading the development of major capital projects, including strategic facility business plans, financial plans, master plans, pre-design scope development, design, construction, activation, and close-out.
Mr. Miller has also become a knowledge expert in the implementation of capital project procedures and cloud-based project management systems to provide stringent scope and budget controls; ball-in-court management; cost management and forecasting; risk assessment and mitigation procedures and document control.
