Robert DeCicco provides data acquisition and forensic examination services, and his responsibilities have included hands-on examination and analysis of computer data, management of forensics staff, and enforcement of policies and procedures. He has actively managed and participated in the collection, analysis, and processing of electronic evidence from complex, disparate, and sensitive technology environments throughout the world.
Mr. DeCicco works with regulatory and law enforcement agencies to provide acceptable practices and forensically sound data and analysis protocols. He has experience with standard operating procedures related to acceptable methodologies in ESI collection and analysis. He has testified on issues involving digital forensics, data analytics, electronic discovery and processing, computer programming, data security, and electronic evidence verification in both civil and criminal matters and in state, district, and federal courts.
Mr. DeCicco regularly lectures to the legal and computer forensics communities on eDiscovery, cyber security, and computer forensics topics.
