Rich Bartolo has more than 20 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate banking, and consulting. He has focused most of his career on understanding the challenges and opportunities facing financial institutions, particularly depository firms.
Mr. Bartolo previously served as a senior managing director at a global real estate services firm, where he advised banks, private equity funds, and insurance companies on the valuation and sale of performing and non-performing notes and other assets. Before that, he served as a managing director at a private equity firm, where he advised regional and community banks on strategic transactions and balance sheet restructurings, and originated asset purchases and equity investments in banks. Prior to that, he served as a managing director at an investment banking firm, where he delivered investment banking services (including M&A, equity and debt offerings, structured finance transactions, and interest rate management) to money center, regional, and community banks. He also previously served as a director at the investment banking arm of a global bank, where he originated a wide range of corporate finance engagements and syndicated loans for diverse clients ranging from middle market to Fortune 500.
