Philip Hersey is a forensic accountant with over fifteen years of experience. He has been retained as an expert in both litigation and international arbitration proceedings. His experience includes evaluating damages and preparing business valuations in the context of investment treaty international arbitrations, commercial arbitrations, and litigation proceedings. He has advised clients in matters involving accounting interpretation, accounting analysis, and the financial reporting of transactions across a range of accounting standard-setting regimes.
Mr. Hersey also has significant experience in relation to post-acquisition disputes, including warranty claims and completion balance sheet disputes. He has undertaken projects across sectors including oil and gas, metals and mining, power generation (including renewables), banking, telecommunications and information technology, and manufacturing industries.
