Phil Lynch focuses on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing, specifically in operations and manufacturing, information technology, and supply chain management. His experience covers industries including aerospace and defense, heavy and light manufacturing, building products, healthcare, education, industrial distribution, food product production, oil and gas, and plastics forming.

Mr. Lynch analyzes and implements performance and continuous improvement opportunities within a variety of industries and countries. His experience and roles have focused on performance improvement initiatives, project management, operational and financial due diligence, operational and Lean improvements, and facility turnarounds.

Mr. Lynch’s operations and supply chain management experience includes facility and network rationalization, equipment and facility rationalization and optimization, fixed-asset management, international logistics, strategic supplier sourcing, supplier management, sales and operations planning (S&OP) implementation and management, facility relocation and expansion, international work transfers, and supplier development initiatives.

Before joining BRG, Mr. Lynch was a director in the Performance Improvement Group for a large consulting firm. He also held roles of increasing responsibility within the Continuous Improvement organization for a Fortune 100 aerospace OEM and aftermarket manufacturer and service provider.
