Olga Zoraida Moreno has more than sixteen years of experience as a consultant. She was previously counterintelligence chief and chief of the staff unit in the Administrative Department of Security (DAS) from Colombia. She is an expert on issues of corruption, complex investigations, security systems, internal controls, personnel selection, and human rights.
As an independent consultant from 1999 until 2014, Ms. Moreno supported various associations including companies of the financial sector, pharmaceutical industry, insurance, private security, legal, corporate, and tourism areas. Previously, she accumulated firsthand experience in the fields of security and counterintelligence.
Ms. Moreno began as an instructor in the DAS in 1992 and was later promoted to intelligence analyst. In the following years, she led the counterintelligence division until she was appointed chief of the staff unit. She implemented a process of selection of new staff, which ensured that employees were chosen based on both skill and reliability. Before joining BRG, Ms. Moreno was a director at a global business advisory firm.
