Misha Segal has more than 15 years of healthcare policy, finance, and data analytics experience in the government, at research institutions, and in the finance industry. Before joining BRG, he spent seven years at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), where he served as director of the Policy and Data Analytics Group. While at CMS, Mr. Segal supported a broad range of initiatives, including alternative payment models, reimbursement issues, episodes of care, and geographic variation for the traditional Medicare program; Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D policy, risk adjustment, and spending issues; data and financial issues for the public exchanges; and general support to senior leadership on areas where the capital markets and CMS policies intersected.

Prior to CMS, Mr. Segal worked in finance for Bank of America and a boutique private equity firm.
