Michael Albritton is a member of BRG’s Strategy and Operations practice. He leverages 20 years of global consulting experience across a variety of industries, with an emphasis on manufacturing and distribution-intensive companies. He takes an end-to-end supply chain improvement approach to enhance client service capabilities in order to drive increased (profitable) revenue while maximizing cost efficiencies, optimizing the product/offering portfolio, determining tailored service needs, and designing efficient supply chains to support the needs of the business.

Dr. Albritton’s key areas of expertise include:

  • Global manufacturing and distribution strategy and footprint redesign
  • “Unlocking” global network capacity to enable increased sales and improved service while reducing costs
  • Product portfolio profitability enhancement
  • Revenue growth strategy
  • Customer service-level improvement and inventory optimization
  • Forecasting, demand, and supply planning, including Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Asset efficiency and utilization maximization
  • Logistics improvements through freight, routing, and warehousing efficiencies
  • Procurement capability improvement and strategic supplier relationship structuring

Dr. Albritton has significant experience leading complex business transformations with senior management and private equity ownership, providing decisive business leadership to help fundamentally transform their operations and how they serve their customer bases. He has designed solutions and led implementations across all global geographies.
