Lance Robinson has over twenty years of healthcare experience focused on improving the overall contribution margin of complex health systems. He was previously a senior vice president for a national group purchasing organization (GPO), where he sold and delivered clinical resource management initiatives to strategic accounts. His projects focused on aligning physicians and staff to reduce overall operating expenses from clinical and non-clinical perspectives.
Mr. Robinson was also previously the corporate vice president of Supply Chain for Vanguard Health Systems. He managed over $400 million in supply chain expense. While at Vanguard, he consolidated and standardized operating procedures for its fifteen hospitals, reduced supply expense, and led projects to control supply costs with physicians and clinicians in the areas of orthopedics, spine, cardiology, trauma, and pharmacy.
Mr. Robinson has also held significant leadership roles with two Big Four consulting firms. At these firms, he led significant supply chain and process improvement engagements culminating in multimillion-dollar results for his clients.
