Kristen Schwendinger has seven years of experience in government investigations and fraud enforcement, as well as experience across healthcare systems. She brings specific interest in corporate compliance and risk management, as she negotiated numerous Corporate Integrity Agreements and monitored ten corporations while at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of the Inspector General (OIG).
Ms. Schwendinger also managed a diverse case load of investigations and litigation, including parallel criminal, civil, and administrative disputes. Her skills include development of testimony and damages in healthcare disputes, and she contributed to the judgment or settlement of hundreds of matters for HHS OIG. She also spent time at two nonprofit academic healthcare systems. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
