Jon Henrich is a member of BRG Corporate Finance, specializing in turnaround and restructuring. For more than 10 years, he has advised companies in finance and strategy areas including cash forecasting and management, valuation, vendor management, financial planning and analysis, and instituting new reporting methods. He has extensive experience advising companies across a variety of industries in both Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings.
Sample engagements include:
Oversaw the treasury and accounts payable functions of a $100 million hospital and nursing home during Chapter 11 proceedings, including preparing a 13-week DIP cash flow, integrated financial statement model projections, and an offering memorandum for the 363 sale
Advised the management team of a $750 million supply chain company and implemented cash-flow forecasting with local worldwide company finance departments across 14 countries
Prepared alternative scenario analysis for a $400 million seafood company, including cash-flow and integrated financial statement models, to determine the strategy for the company going forward
Performed detailed SG&A analysis and prepared 13-week cash flow for a $1 billion dairy company for use in negotiations with the current lender and potential new investors
Before joining BRG, Mr. Henrich was a vice president in the Corporate Restructuring group of a Big Four firm. He serves on the Programming Committee of the Turnaround Management Association NYC chapter.
