John Nestor specializes in construction disputes. He advises on construction claims, procurement, and commercial management issues and acts as an expert witness. The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has regularly nominated him to act as an adjudicator to resolve disputes.

Mr. Nestor is a Fellow of the RICS, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a nonpracticing barrister. He has twenty-eight years of experience in the construction industry, having worked for major contractors and consultants. He is also a member of Arbrix (2012), the Society of Construction Law, and the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn (2004).
