- Supply chain project management and consulting, with a proven record of improving supply chain operations, contracting, purchasing, distribution, and inventory management.
- Helped achieve over $6 million in annual savings while leading a supply chain cost-reduction program at two university hospitals in Texas.
- Assisted with management of a cost-reduction program and helped facilitate a consolidated distribution program for a 400-bed academic medical center, resulting in net savings of $18 million over three years.
