Jack DeWitt has extensive experience in all aspects of regulatory oversight of commercial banks, mortgage companies, bank holding companies, and international banking agencies, including enterprise-wide risk management, vendor/third-party risk management, credit risk management, credit modeling, loan loss reserve methodology, board of directors training, governance structure, and strategic planning. He also has experience in all aspects of compliance, with particular emphasis on Volcker Rule and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau preparedness. In addition, he has served as an expert in legal and regulatory proceedings involving the credit process, risk identification, and regulatory issues.

Mr. DeWitt was previously a directing examiner with the Federal Reserve System, where he served as the senior central point of contact for large banking organizations. He represented the Federal Reserve System as a commercial real estate and commercial and industrial (C&I) lending specialist. He also served as a senior instructor for the Federal Reserve domestically and internationally on credit risk and risk-focused supervision.
