C. Clifford Wright, Jr. advises clients in the areas of strategy, corporate governance, technology start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, and white collar litigation support. Over his 25-year career, Mr. Wright has accumulated a vast amount of experience in founding numerous companies, both private and public, and participating in over 800 domestic and foreign business acquisitions for companies with revenues ranging from $1 million to $2 billion. Mr. Wright is experienced in grasping previously unseen economic opportunities, taking even successful companies and building cutting-edge, higher-performing businesses, giving their customers a previously unknown value proposition.
Mr. Wright was the lead consulting expert to the criminal defense team on a $7-billion Ponzi-scheme case, assigned to the task of reviewing over 20-million pages, advised in additional discovery requests, cross-examination issues, and has similarly assisted on a large Medicare fraud case.

Mr. Wright has planned, targeted, and negotiated various transactions in Europe, South America, Middle East, Mexico, Canada, the United States, and China. These transactions cover money raising, licensing/royalty agreements on proprietary technology, acquisitions and divestitures, and municipal contracts.
Mr. Wright co-founded a merchant banking firm, where he launched two private companies. Mr. Wright also co-founded American Residential Services, Inc. (ARS), the largest residential plumbing, heating, and electrical company in the United States, by acquiring and merging seven previously successful businesses into one company. During his tenure as chief executive officer of ARS, Mr. Wright had the company successfully listed on the New York Stock Exchange, and under his leadership made 75 additional acquisitions, building the organization to over 5,000 employees operating in 75 locations with revenue of $450 million.
Prior to ARS, Mr. Wright was the chief financial officer of a NASDAQ public company. Before that, Mr. Wright led strategic planning, financial analysis and planning, and market planning for a NYSE global firm,
Mr. Wright was the regional director of Corporate Finance for KPMG for the Southwest region, serving turnaround and financing needs of the firm's clients.
