Chris Cable is an associate director in BRG ’s Healthcare Performance Improvement practice.
He focuses on the measurement and improvement of workforce productivity. He has a background in economic and financial analysis with five years of litigation consulting experience. He has conducted research and assisted in the estimation of damages in dozens of antitrust class action, intellectual property, and employment litigations and commercial disputes.
Mr. Cable applies his strong analytical background to drive workforce productivity improvement and process redesign. He oversees workforce redesign efforts with a focus on providing leaders with the reporting and management tools needed to achieve and sustain an efficient workforce.
