Andrew Klemm

Associate Director


Andrew Klemm is an Associate Director in BRG’s Strategy & Operations practice. He has over five years of restructuring and operations consulting experience. He has supported and led global projects to improve performance across various industries. He takes a holistic approach to business performance review and improvement.

Mr. Klemm’s primary industry experience is in the oil and gas industry, where he has delivered a variety of projects, including global reorganizations, process design, headcount rationalization, net working capital improvements, emerging market portfolio management, risk assessment, and interim roles in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). He also has experience in the building products, consumer packaged goods, laminate plastics, processed food products, consumer and defense electronics, and managed healthcare industries.

Mr. Klemm’s functional expertise includes project management; organizational design and change management; process improvement and reengineering; customer, product, and geographic profitability analysis; net working capital improvements (inventory, A/R, A/P); procurement optimization; cash-flow forecasting; SKU rationalization; business divestment analysis; facility footprint review and optimization; selling, general, and administrative (SG&A) expenses spend optimization; FP&A; demand forecasting; and sales and operations planning (S&OP).

Mr. Klemm has provided high-multiple returns on projects in North America, South America, Europe, and the Middle East.

Before joining BRG, Mr. Klemm was a director of Performance Improvement at a global business advisory firm; and an audit intern with the Financial Services and Industrial practices of a multinational professional services network. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State or Georgia and trained in using the Supply Chain Operation Reference model.
