His expertise includes general management, operations management, project/program management, project planning and controls, project schedule risk analysis and management, financial and cost risk analysis and management, forecasting, budgeting, estimating, cost control, operations and project management integration with corporate financial systems, contract management, earned value management, claims avoidance, and prevention and resolution of claims and disputes.
