Roger Miles researches behavioural economics and behavioural and conduct risk; and counsels boards on best communication of risk, uncertainty, and conduct matters, overcoming the limitations of conventional risk management.

He has produced initiatives for “risk-aware working,” value protection and business development for global organisations, including financial and professional service firms, information providers, energy, telecoms, and utility companies. He regularly delivers bespoke workshops for leadership groups in government, non-governmental organizations, and the professions.

Dr. Miles teaches psychology of risk at two graduate schools and has published both specialist researcher and popular commentaries on behavioural risk topics.
