Robert Lamb is an experienced professional recognized for his expertise in planning, scheduling, updating, management, and analysis of critical path method schedules.
He has provided his services to owners, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and surety companies on a variety of project types ranging from wastewater treatment plants/pump stations, biosafety level four laboratories, consulates and embassies, courthouses, hotels, casinos, power plants, and process facilities throughout the United States and abroad. Mr. Lamb is experienced in evaluating schedule progress with project participants and maintaining and updating schedules as the project proceeds through development, design, construction, commissioning, and hand-over. Additionally, Mr. Lamb has analyzed project delays forensically; providing efficient and concise analysis, expert opinions, and consulting reports.
Mr. Lamb is also an accomplished professional, recognized for his expertise in the evaluation and implementation of 4D scheduling using state-of-the-art technology. He has presented on the topic to audiences including the Mechanical Contractors Association of America, American Subcontractors Association, Associated Builders and Contractors, Construction Management Association of America, universities, and clients in various venues.
Mr. Lamb is a certified Project Scheduling Professional (PSP). He is certified as a Lean Construction Professional by the Associated General Contractors of America (CM‐Lean) and as a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) by the United States Green Building Council. He received his master’s degree in building construction/construction management and his undergraduate degree in architecture from the University of Florida.
