Mile Milivojevic

Mile Milivojevic has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and specializes in the areas of project risk management, scheduling, cost, productivity, and delay and disruption.

He also specializes in other project management and dispute resolution concerns, on industrial, infrastructure, commercial, and institutional endeavors.

Mr. Milivojevic’s experience includes the assessment of schedule delays and damages in support of litigation, as well as the analysis and preparation of programming, project management, data discovery, and conversion.

Mr. Milivojevic regularly advises clients on issues involving project administration, documentation, scheduling, productivity, and status of work. He has prepared and presented claims and expert reports on a variety of construction issues, representing owners, contractors, and subcontractors in the negotiation process. He has testified as an expert witness.
