Mr. Foster is experienced in developing and implementing omnichannel forecasting, reporting, and controls within finance organizations with multi-site operations around the world, including financial analysis, management reporting, cash forecasting, resource optimization, and coordination in both distressed and growth-oriented situations.
He is an expert at identifying, developing, and implementing strategic and operational change, including refinement of business plans and rationalization of operational footprints to address changing market and industry conditions. His experience is across a range of industries, including brick-and-mortar and e-commerce retail, global consumer goods manufacturing, telecommunications, medical devices, healthcare services, and supply chain management.
Mr. Foster has developed highly detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash-flow forecast models and store models to assist management in determining optimum store footprint and e-commerce fulfillment strategies. He has also provided liquidity and capital structure assessment, debt and equity restructuring advice, and identification of reorganization alternatives.
